6. What rights do you have?
The right to access the personal data we process (art. 15 of the Ordinance),
The right to correct personal data submitted to us, including rectification (art. 16 of the Regulation),
The right to delete personal data from our systems, the so-called "right to be forgotten" - if, in your opinion, there are no longer grounds for us to process your data, you may request us to delete it (art. 17 of the Regulation),
The right to reduce the processing of personal data - you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data only to storing them or carrying out activities agreed with you, if we have improper data about you or are processing them without justification; or you do not want us to delete them because you need them to establish, assert or defend claims; or for the duration of an objection raised by you against the processing (art. 18 of the Regulation),
Right to data portability - you have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format (e.g., ".csv" format) personal data regarding you that we hold under a contract or consent. You will be given this right when we hold the data in electronic format - if we hold the data only in paper form, you will not be able to exercise this right. You may have us send the data directly to another entity (art. 20 of the Regulation),
The right to cancel consent to the processing of personal data - at any time you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data that we process on the basis of consent - art. 7(3) of the Regulation. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Cancellation of consent occurs by sending an email to: bobiditrade.pl@gmail.com
Right to oppose - you may object to the processing of your data if the basis for the use of your data is our legitimate interest - art. 21 of the Regulation. In such a situation, after having considered your request, we will no longer be able to process the personal data subject to the protest on this basis, unless we demonstrate the existence of a legitimate basis for processing that is deemed to override your interests, rights and freedoms
If in your opinion the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
