Privacy Policy



1. Who is the administrator of your data?

Administrator of your personal information is BOBIDI TRADE sp. z o.o. with it's legal adress in Cracow (adress: str. Grunwaldzka 10/1, 31-526 Cracow).

The above privacy policy applies to the services of the Foundation provided by the organized part of the Grandis-trade.pl company, contact information: e-mail address: bobiditrade.pl@gmail.com .

2. Why do we process your data?

In conjunction with services provided by us through the sale of furnishings for shopping malls, offices, etc. for the purpose of signing or executing a contract (article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation), your data will be stored until the contract is executed.

For marketing purposes and promotion of products offered by BOBIDI TRADE sp. z o.o., based in Cracow, which are our legitimate interests (art. 6.1.f of the Regulation). Your data will be processed until you protest ( if you do not send commercial information, please delete this point).

Complying with any legal obligations we have in connection with the cooperation taken (art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation), this purpose is related to legal obligations to store certain documents for the time indicated by law, example:

● art. 74(2)(1-8) of the Accounting Act of 29/09/1994 (Dz. U. of 2017, item 1858);

● art. 8b (3) in connection with art. 9k of the Law of 16.11.2000 on the Anti-Money Laundering and financing of terrorism (Dz. U. 2000 No. 116 item 1216);

● art. 86 §1 and 2 of the Act of August 29, 1997. - Tax Ordinance (Dz. U. 1997 no. 137
item 926).

For potential establishment, investigation or defense against claims, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation), data will be processed until the prescription of claims.

If you have given your consent, your data will be processed within the limits and for the purpose stated in your consent (the basis of art. 6(1)(a)). Data will be processed until you recall your consent.
3. Which data are the subject of processing?

In order to make a contract, we require data to be provided by you on the contract/order form (if you do not supply them, we will not conclude the deal/perform the order). In addition, we may ask for optional data that does not influence the conclusion of the contract (if we do not receive them, we will not be able to, for example, call a contact number).

During the term of the contract, providing services, we come into our possession of your other data. The appearance of your personal data with us is a consequence of the operation of our services that you use.

4. Whom the data will be shared?

Public authorities, to the extent that they do not receive data as part of a specific proceeding under the law;

Subjects that process your personal data on behalf of the Foundation on the basis of a contract of entrustment of personal data processing concluded with the Foundation (so-called processors). These will include, but are not limited to: beneficiaries of the Foundation, IT specialists, archiving companies, banking and payment service providers, hosting companies;

External data controllers (so-called Parallel Administrators to whom data is shared, such as legal advisors and lawyers, courier or postal service providers, purchasers of receivables - in case you do not pay our invoices on time).

5. Is your data profiled?

We would like to inform you that your data will not be subject of profiling, i.e. automated analysis of your data and development of projections about your preferences or future behavior (profiling means, for example, in the case of marketing profiling, determining which offer you may be most interested in based on your previous choices).

6. What rights do you have?

The right to access the personal data we process (art. 15 of the Ordinance),

The right to correct personal data submitted to us, including rectification (art. 16 of the Regulation),

The right to delete personal data from our systems, the so-called "right to be forgotten" - if, in your opinion, there are no longer grounds for us to process your data, you may request us to delete it (art. 17 of the Regulation),

The right to reduce the processing of personal data - you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data only to storing them or carrying out activities agreed with you, if we have improper data about you or are processing them without justification; or you do not want us to delete them because you need them to establish, assert or defend claims; or for the duration of an objection raised by you against the processing (art. 18 of the Regulation),

Right to data portability - you have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format (e.g., ".csv" format) personal data regarding you that we hold under a contract or consent. You will be given this right when we hold the data in electronic format - if we hold the data only in paper form, you will not be able to exercise this right. You may have us send the data directly to another entity (art. 20 of the Regulation),

The right to cancel consent to the processing of personal data - at any time you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data that we process on the basis of consent - art. 7(3) of the Regulation. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Right to oppose - you may object to the processing of your data if the basis for the use of your data is our legitimate interest - art. 21 of the Regulation. In such a situation, after having considered your request, we will no longer be able to process the personal data subject to the protest on this basis, unless we demonstrate the existence of a legitimate basis for processing that is deemed to override your interests, rights and freedoms

If in your opinion the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
