We build to your design — without „we know how it should look”
If you’re tired of explaining to fabricators why the handle has to be exactly that one, and to clients why the deadline has slipped again — let’s talk. We know how to work so that the finished piece on site looks the way it does in your visualisation.
What this page is about
We talked to interior designers — at length, and in detail. We heard where it hurts: fabricators who „improve” the design mid-build. Installers you’re embarrassed to bring in front of the client. Ten subcontractors for a single order. Commissions that arrive late, or never. Those conversations became six principles we now work by. This isn’t marketing — this is how we actually operate.
Your design stays your design
The most painful moment in working with a fabricator is when the finished piece on site doesn’t match what you drew. That won’t happen here.
- We don’t change anything without you. We don’t call your client and say „you know, we’ve been thinking — it’ll be better another way.” That undermines their trust in you and erases your work. Any idea about „how to improve it” goes to you first — not to production, not to the client.
- Technical input is a suggestion, not a rewrite. If something in the design needs to be recalculated — load capacity, material thickness, hardware — we come to you with a proposal, not a fait accompli. Whether the concept changes is your call.
- Everything is in writing. The final spec only goes to production once you’ve signed it off. No „but we agreed on that verbally.”
You won’t be embarrassed by us on site
Clients judge a project by how it’s installed. You can build a brilliant piece of furniture and ruin the whole impression with one scruffy installer in sweatpants.
- Installers are ours, not random. Every installer is on our payroll. Proper tools, clean appearance, knows how to talk to a client. No „so where’s the power outlet?” on day one of install.
- We solve problems quietly. If something on site goes sideways — that’s our problem, not the client’s. They don’t need to hear us calling the hardware supplier. They just need to see the finished result.
- Deadlines we agreed on, not the ones we wish we’d agreed on. If anything starts to slip — you hear about it first, with time to react, and we decide together. Not the client, not on the last day, not after the fact.
You don’t need to hunt down ten suppliers for one project
You know the drill: carcasses from one shop, fronts from another, worktops from a third, upholstery from a fourth. Everyone passes the buck and assembling it all into one piece of furniture lands on you. Not here.
- We work with everything that goes into an interior. Wood — solid, veneer, charred. Metal — blackened steel, brass, aluminium, stainless. Natural stone, quartz composite, Corian. MDF, laminated board, lacquer (matte, gloss, RAL, NCS). Glass, upholstery fabrics. Something unusual in the design — tell us, we’ll most likely find a way.
- We find the niche subcontractors, not you. Bent glass, a one-off light fitting, leather upholstery in a specific Pantone — we have partners we’ve worked with for years. You don’t have to track them down, juggle their lead times or collect their invoices.
- Our own production. Cutting, CNC, lacquer booth, upholstery shop, trial assembly — all in-house, under one roof. Which means revisions and changes go through fast, without waiting for an outside workshop.
10% on every order — no „we’ll pay you later”
We don’t treat the designer as a „middleman” between us and the client. The designer brings us a ready-to-go project — that’s effectively an investment into our production. That’s how we pay for it too.
- Base rate — 10% of the order value. On larger projects and ongoing collaborations, terms are open to discussion. No „depends on the mood” — everything is in the contract.
- Paid right after the client’s final payment. Not „in a month,” not „once we close the quarter.” The client’s money lands — your money goes out. With proper paperwork.
- However works for you. We can pay you directly. We can build your commission into the project quote so you have a clean position with the client. Your call.
We produce content from the finished project — for you
A well-executed project is your portfolio, your social media and — with a bit of luck — a magazine feature. We’re willing to invest in making that happen.
- Professional photo shoot on us. Once the project is delivered, a photographer comes in and we shoot the interior properly. The photos are yours — use them in your portfolio and on social. Video and Reels in the same session.
- Joint press placements. Architektura & Biznes, Murator, Elle Decoration and Polish niche titles — we know how to get in there and we’re happy to do it together. The designer’s credit is always on it.
- A case study on our blog, with a link to you. A proper write-up of the project with your name, the brief, and links to your contacts. Free SEO traffic and visibility through our platform.
Get to know each other first, work together second
The longest and calmest collaborations start not with a conversation about percentages, but with two people sitting down and actually talking.
- We warm up the client together. You tell the client why you chose us. We meet the client and confirm your expertise instead of pitching our own design opinions. Works both ways.
- One project manager from start to finish. From the first site measurement to sign-off, you’re talking to the same person. No „let me transfer you to my colleague,” no lost context, no telling the same story three times.
Who gets what at the end
A good project is always three parties: the designer, the maker, the client. For it to work, all three need to come out ahead.
The designer gets a clean execution, 10% commission, professional content and a case study with their name in the portfolio. The maker gets an interesting brief from a professional, and a client who will refer the next few just like them. The client gets an interior that looks better than they expected — because it was built by a team, not three random people.
We don’t sell furniture — we sell an outcome. And we’re looking for people we’ll work with for years, not one-off clients.
Shall we talk?
Send us a few words about yourself and your nearest project — we’ll figure out how we can help. No project right now? Write anyway — we’ll think together about how working with us can help you earn more and bring in better clients.
