A loft bar counter made to order along a panoramic window: a thick timber top on a black metal frame. The counter turns at an angle and wraps around a column, so the space by the window is used along its full length.
The top is a thick glued panel of solid wood, stained from dark brown to a russet tone. Two lengths meet at an angle by the column. The counter stands right against the glazing, so people sit facing the window rather than the room.
The frame is black square profile with a low rail that makes a comfortable footrest when sitting on a high stool. There are no solid panels under the top, so daylight reaches the floor and the bar counter does not look heavy. A similar solution is the window counter in a coworking cafe; the rack with a glass holder is built on the same kind of frame.
A window counter suits a cafe, a bar, an office kitchen or a glazed balcony at home. We match the length, the shape of the corner and the wood tone to the room. See custom furniture for business.
