Reception Desk with Slats and Rounded Corners

A reception desk with a curved silhouette: vertical slats in a light oak tone, rounded corners and a lit plinth that makes the desk appear to float above the floor. On the visitor side the desk feels soft and warm — the slats run around the curve without a break, and the oak-décor top follows the line of the body. On the staff side we planned a white work surface, lockable drawers, open shelves for documents and a cork pin board. An LED strip in the plinth gives soft light and emphasises the curve. A japandi / soft minimalism solution that works well at the front desk of a clinic, salon or office. The curved MDF body is made in our workshop.
